Removes eight legacy `orchestration-service/util` classes with **zero references** anywhere — verified across both repos (including config files and reflection-string usages), and the full reactor compiles cleanly without them: `OrchestratorServerConstants`, `ProjectModelUtil`, `WorkflowContext`, `OrchestratorServerThreadPoolExecutor`, `AiravataJobState`, `PropertyResolver`, `ComputeRepositoryFactory`, `ExecutionType`. Leftovers from the pre-DB-transactional orchestration engine (Helix/gfac era). No behavior change. ## Test plan - `mvn install -DskipTests` (full reactor) green — fails if any reference existed. - Grep across airavata + airavata-portals (excluding generated `target/`): 0 references per class, incl. `.properties`/`.xml`/`.yml`/`.json` (reflection strings). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
