## Summary Integrates SSH certificate management into the current Custos web dashboard. ### Included - certificate list and detail pages - active, expired, and revoked status display - signer navigation and privilege mappings - signer API proxy configuration - certificate revocation with a reason - improved idempotent revocation persistence - MSW handlers and frontend tests ### Authorization - `signer:certificates:read` controls access to certificate views - `signer:certificates:write` controls administrative revoke functionality - the existing machine-to-machine signer revoke endpoint is preserved ### Out of scope KRL generation, KRL publication, shared-filesystem synchronization, workers, batching, and login-node configuration are intentionally excluded from this PR.
