Allocations ingested through AMIE never got their resource layer: the packet's resource list was only echoed back in the reply, so cluster provisioning never ran on the ingest path and everything had to be attached manually. ## Changes - Each packet resource that is registered in the cluster's catalog is now attached to the allocation, which triggers cluster provisioning. - AMIE grants only service units, so the mappings carry no native caps. - Unregistered resource names are skipped with a warning, re-delivery does not duplicate mappings. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
