Two bug fixes 1. `web/src/features/core/allocations/schemas.ts` SLURM usage amounts were read as integers, so decimal values were lost. Updated the type to DOUBLE 2. The rest of the files Users provisioned before their first sign-in had no `sub` in the COmanage registry, so they could not log in to the cluster. With this change, the COmanage connector subscribes to the `UserIdentityCreated` event and take care the OIDC `sub` linking -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
