Log:
Change the poing of compileall.py to check on directory from
${PYTHON_SITELIBDIR} to ${WRKSRC}/../python to avoid compileall.py to touch
other apps' *.py files or there will be many leftover of *.pyc files. Bump
the PORTREVISION.
