Log:
Remove ${MASTER_SITE_LOCAL}, since there is no MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR
and the distfile isn't in anyone's local directory. The backup
FreeBSD distfile sites will still be used in ${MASTER_SITE_BACKUP}.
