Log:
Force C locale during build, since the isakmpd build system is not
locale safe.
This should fix the build for locales like German and Hungarian where
the tr(1) misuse "tr '[a-z]' '[A-Z]'" does not work.
Add SHA256 checksum when I'm modifying the port anyway.
