Modified files:
devel/pear Makefile bsd.pear.mk pkg-plist
Log:
- create required empty dirs on installation
- add runtime pear dependency in bsd.pear.mk
This should fix all the issues reported by pointyhat
and probably obsolates many of the BUILD_DEPENDS and
RUN_DEPENDS on PEAR.php in pear ports.
