I've been under impression that IGNORE should be used when software in
question builds, but fails to run properly for some reason. If it does
not build, you should mark it BROKEN. If it's inherently broken (i.e.,
contains architechture-specific non-portable code) then
NOT_FOR_ARCHS/ONLY_FOR_ARCHS should be used.
I submitted BROKEN, but he has changed it to IGNORE.
As a side note, IMHO if submitter has freewall login, (and mezz@ does
have it) one should use it instead of FQN in commit log.
I personal don't mind both, which I careless.
