BTW, as evidenced by
ls -l /usr/share/locale/*.UTF-8/LC_COLLATE
we don't support collation for UTF-8 locales. Is anyone planning to
integrate http://unicode.org/reports/tr10/? If not, I could take this
on, in a couple of months or so.
