Log:
- Update to 2.4.2.
* Many bugs fixed (thanks to all reporters).
* Semantic for -c and -C has changed. -c runs 'make config-conditional'
and -C 'make config' (forced config).
* All ports now runs under portupgrade/portinstall control.
