Log:
Update lockmgr manpage with last lockmgr modifies:
- Remove LK_SLEEPFAIL and LK_NOWAIT for lockinit() and add LK_QUIET and
LK_NOPROFILE
- Include sys/lock.h as mandatory for the lockmgr support
