FreeBSD ports repository (src committer)

Log:
Switch the japanese/sj3 port to termios instead of sgtty.
This makes the port build again with the latest versions of FreeBSD
-CURRENT. Also increment the PORTREVISION, because we want older
binaries of sj3 to be recompiled. sgtty is bad.
