Merge db_capture.c:1.6 (178492) from head to stable/7:
Rename debug.ddb.capture.bytes sysctl to debug.ddb.capture.bufoff in
order to match the internal variable name.
Add a new sysctl debug.ddb.capture.inprogress to export the inprogress
variable.
