I think that port description should be augmented. Neither from it nor from commit log it's not clear what does this software actually do, and why it's useful to have it in our Ports Collection. Webpage in Japanese isn't that helpful here. Word "obsolete" suggests it may become abandonware soon. If we want it, then port needs to be improved (better description and documentation).
