Pattern-matching
fixes.
* Many tests.
* No longer strip leading '/' from pattern, so that /foo once again
matches /foo. (This was correct in FreeBSD 6.2, broken in 6.3, and
will now be fixed in 6.4.)
* Strip leading "./" or ".//" from both filenames and patterns so
that "./foo" matches "foo", etc.
