Umm, the error message is quite clear. It seems you have quite a long chain of inlined functions, and GCC has a limit on how much a function is allowed to grow as a result of inlining. Frankly, the mess of inlined functions in isp_inline.h is a symptom of poor design, and counter-productive; you probably lose more cycles to cache trashing than you gain from avoiding function calls.
