Log:
- Update the (seriously outdated) translation.
- Use %SOURCE% and %SRCID% tags to store the original revisions of the
translated files. In this way, we will be able to generate the
list of the outdated files automatically.

- Delete a link in x11/chapter.sgml that it's no more necessary.
