A bit more detail should probably be included in the commit log here.  The log 
should always describe what the actual change is (and often, the reason for 
the change).  The PR: bit should be ancillary metadata, but it should not be 
the sole explanation for a commit.  Also, the metadata fields at the bottom 
of a message are generally aligned by using a tab after the field name except 
in the case of 'PR:' where two tabs are used.
