Log:
Add support for specifying the source and object directories directly,
which makes it easy to run the tinderbox on a pre-existing source tree,
e.g. for pre-commit testing of a patch.
Make the path abbreviation feature optional, and turn it off by default.
Bump versions; tbmaster skips one to keep up with tinderbox.
