They all fail because there are pkg-plists file named
pkg-plist.something-something while in Makefiles they're called
pkg-plist.something_something

tinderbox-3.1.2_1; dsversion: 3.1 on RELENG_7 on amd64

NOPORTDOCS=yes,  NOPORTEXAMPLES=yes, NOPORTDATA=yes, FORCE_PACKAGE=yes.
