Log:
- update viewvc to version 1.1.0 (released 13-May-2009)
- remove MAKE_JOBS_SAFE from Makefile, since this port is NO_BUILD
- make viewvc rc script work again
viewvc.conf and templates are not compatible to 1.0.x version, even the
database scripts has changed.
