- Ensure Fortran shim is not built if USE_FORTRAN is not set.
- Split Fortran option into slave ports fftw3-fortran long-fortran
float-fortran
- Have to bump PORTREVISION for package builds etc..
- Fix silly spelling mistakes "Percision" -> "Precision" noted.
