I've not deleted audio/squeezecenter yet because I didn't want to orphan
the squeezecenter-* plugins.  Once squeezeboxserver-* versions exist
I'll nuke the old port.  I'll add DEPRECATED and EXPIRATION_DATE
declarations there for now.
