Log:
Accordingly update (www/nginx and www/nginx-devel):
passenger module support from 2.2.5 to 2.2.7;
upload module to 2.0.11;
uploadprogress module from 0.6 to 0.7.
Remove needless patch.
Also, h264 module distfile re-rolled due moon phase.
Do not bump PORTREVISIONs.
