Since these 2 files are installed by the same port, I'd suggest the
following changes:

In zope:
Change REQUIRE: DAEMON and BEFORE: LOGIN to just REQUIRE: zeo

In zeo:
Change REQUIRE: DAEMON and BEFORE: zope to REQUIRE: LOGIN unless there
is a very good reason it has to come before LOGIN.

In both scripts there are assignments to default empty variables that
should be removed.
