Unbreak by switching to a ZIP-file, that's distributed by kde-apps.org
Apparently, the web-site, where the port's author hosted a .tar.gz
flavor is taken-over by barbarians -- a garbage HTML-page is returned
by it instead of the kpdftools-0.22.tar.gz
