Log:
- Updated mirrors.
- Changed distname.
- Removed patch for include/ircsprintf.h. It seems not needed today.
- Added patch for src/s_serv.c (it needed for custom compilation with syslog
disabled)
- Removed several includes utmp.h. They are not used.
