Mark BROKEN since this has not been updated to current versions yet
and now fails with the removal of lang/gnat-gcc41.
Mark DEPRECATED with an EXPIRATION_DATE of 2010-02-24 due to lack of
maintenance (such as updating to GCC 4.2 at least).
