Log:
MFC: The wcwidth(3) should return 2 about characters in JISX0208 codeset.
But it returned 1.
It fixes the problem reported by many Japanese people that tcsh 6.14
doesn't work correctly with ja_JP.eucJP and ja_JP.SJIS locale.
