Log:
Fix the rc.d script for the case when there is no monit_enable in
rc.conf by adding a $ to the variable in the test.
Delete the empty variable assignment for _flags. These should never
be done, and the information about _flags is already in the comments.
Bump PORTREVISION to document the fix.
