Two reasons against package:
1. ltmdm-1.4.tgz distribution containes Linux binary kernel module
ltmdmobj.o. The licence for this file in unknown. AFAIK ltmdmobj.o
module built by Lucent (Agere).
2. ltmdm package should be compiled with FreeBSD source tree.
