For those keeping score at home, yes, I made mistakes in every single
port I committed to last night, yay me.

More in the way of explanation than excuse, I was coming off a bout of
minor illness, really wanted to get things cleared off my plate, and
rushed it. The libtorrent/deluge issue was complicated by having
numerous trees lying around in various states of debugification because
I was working with the libtorrent author to iron out some wrinkles in
what was the release candidate for 0.15.1 so that I could commit the
version update, the python bindings, and the new deluge port in one go.

So, my apologies to anyone who was affected by the churn. I've double
checked and I'm pretty sure I'm done now, so we can all breathe a sigh
of relief. :-/
