Not just sysinstall apparantly.  My iPod Nano now appears as:

GEOM_LABEL: Label for provider da4 is msdosfs/iPod.
GEOM_LABEL: Label for provider da4s2 is msdosfs/IPOD.

Is this really a bug in partition tools, or just an awkward situation
padding avoids?
