The current version of doinkd.in still has the following problems:
1. PROVIDE: idled should be doinkd
2. The existing REQUIRE/BEFORE should be collapsed to REQUIRE: LOGIN
unless there is a good reason to run it sooner (and I don't think that
applies here, but I could be wrong).
3. The default for doinkd_enable should be set after load_rc_config.
