Log:
- make port fetch able again, use single source files
instead self rolled tar file.
- bump PORTREVISION
- fix leftover in httpd.conf
Source files are identical to the one in the last
mod_bandwidth-2.1.0.tar.gz file.
Fetch issue reported by erwin (pointyhat run)
