- Replace direct (via LIB_DEPENDS) libXft dependency with USE_XORG one
- Optimize away `.for .. .endfor' loop when installing PORTDOCS
- Wrap one overly long line, canonicalize Makefile header while here
- Handle license installation via LICENSE framework
