Log:
- Fix package list when build with Gtk2 installed and detected
- Replace direct (via LIB_DEPENDS) libXft dependency with USE_XORG one
- Expand submitter's name to FQPI in the Makefile header
- Utilize PORTDOCS macro and offload pkg-plist
- Massively cleanup Makefile while here
