Although Section 5.2.5 of the Porter's Handbook says "No uppercase names

So when I started to manage
Haskell ports ("hs-") I decided to do the same, because there many
Haskell Cabal packages [2] with case-sensitive names so translating them
bluntly to lowercase may cause collisions
Has this happened in practice, if so how often? If not, how often do you
think it might happen in the future? My personal preference would be to
follow the guidelines generally, and deal with exceptions as needed, but
I'm certainly willing to listen to reasons why this is a bad idea. :)
