- Add -Z to PYDISTUTILS_INSTALLARGS to install the Python egg
uncompressed. This avoids having to set the variable
PYTHON_EGG_CACHE at runtime (solution approved by submitter
via private email).
- Add pkg-plist
- Bump PORTREVISION
- Remove MD5 checksum from distinfo
- Remove PLIST_FILES
