update to 0.2.3.2-alpha; fix clang build by changing
the syntax of some LDFLAGS; remove libevent1
conflict by adjusting CONFIGURE_ENV and avoiding
parts of the clumsy libevent configuration in the
configure script; add some new mirrors and remove
a defunct mirror
