- Switch from currently unsupported ALL_TARGET `krbmit' to `freebsd+ssl'
- Remove home-rolled MAKE_ARGS bundle, leave only FreeBSD specific things
- Do not trim version suffix when assigning HERALD value
- Adjust PREFIX -> MANPREFIX for manpage installation
