Added files:
lang/erlang/files patch-erts_etc_unix_run__erl.c
Log:
Do not include util.h.
If net/libbgpdump was installed then the Erlang build would pick
up a stray util.h and fail to build.
No PORTREVISION bump required: existing installations are just fine.
