- Update to 0.13.4
- Add OPTIONS: EVENTLET, GEVENT, SETPROC
- asynchronous workers: used in CLI with -k/--worker-class option [1]
- setproctitle: used in CLI with --name option [2]
- While I'm here, restrict USE_PYTHON range to 2.5-2.7
