- Update to version 7.20.4, build system changed from autotools to cmake [1]
- Add USE_GL=glu and USE_BISON=build to fix build
- Make sure that pkgconfig files are installed to ${PREFIX}/libdata/pkgconfig
- Mark MAKE_JOBS_SAFE
- Silence REINPLACE_CMD output
