Commit log says timeout of 100 days. Afaik, 14 days mean normal timeout
and 90 days long-time maintainer inactivity. Somewhere it is documented.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

He referred to submitter whom he asked via private mail.
Please forgive to Michael for the commit logs, he is a new committer and
he is on his learning path and trying to improve commit messages and
learn conventions.
