FreeBSD ports repository (doc committer)

Log:
It turns out that perl 5.12 and later has a stronger strict rule and
refuse to run the script. The patch is pretty trivial, just adding 2
quotes around a word.
This patch is required for the upcoming FreeBSD 9 release.
