It was my fault that I shall update p5-CPAN-Meta first. (Thank swills@) After p5-CPAN-Meta >= 2.113640 being installed, no ports would depend on p5-Version-Requirements anymore. Module::Build itself does not depend on Version::Requirements. The dependency is brought by CPAN::Meta. p5-Module-Build should work fine after p5-CPAN-Meta updates.
