Update to 1.3.2
xinit ... it's what you can use to "init" X ... go figure
Changes:
startx: Choose an unused $DISPLAY by default on all platforms
Use default clientargs, serverargs, and display if none were set
Include <sys/time.h> and <sys/resource.h> unconditionally
