It seems that previous package could not be generated, which means no
PORTEPOCH bump is necessary. You still have some time to revert it before
it spreads out to the mirrors (less than an hour).
He got an erwinmail, which he forwarded to me because svnmerge-1.6.17 <
svnmerge-1.7.2. So it seems the bump is necessary.
